Project Management

With our larger projects exceeding £1m in size, the Project Management of each contract has to be right.
The project starts with the Project Manager drafting the overall timings and requirements. These plans are discussed with the client to ensure overall agreement and comparability. The purchase and manufacture of materials is then planned and a Site Manager is appointed to take overall responsibility of the project and the day-to-day liaising with the client.

Our Site Managers are all highly experienced duct workers. We believe in promoting people who understand all aspects of the job, so all our managers have spent time erecting, rather than just instructing others!

Phoenix ventilation is a company based in Byfleet, Surrey, UK.
We design, manufacture and implementation of air conditioning systems and ventilation for offices, hotels, hospitals and other major public buildings.
