Standard GSS Ductwork

Phoenix manufactures rectangular, circular and flat oval ductwork from 100mm x 100mm up to almost any size. The ductwork may then be fitted with any fire or volume control dampers that the client drawings demand. In addition the latest plasma cutter means that tolerances are minimal and complex shapes may be manufactured rapidly and accurately.
All our ductwork is manufactured to HVCA DW144 guidelines with enhancements if required.

Fire Rated Ductwork

We are also capable of supplying and installing fire rated ductwork to suit almost any requirements and compliant with BS476: Part 24: 1987.

Modular Ductwork Systems

With today’s shorter on-site programme times and the need to keep costs down, we are able to produce duct off-site in complete modular sections. This then can be simply positioned on-site. This method of construction reduces man-hours on site, speeds up critical timings and alleviates on-site congestion.

General Manufacture

Manufacturing is driven by the live projects. As each one requires stock, the drawing office initiates production by passing the detailed specifications to the shop floor. The items are then precision cut, manufactured and delivered to site by our own drivers
