Ductwork Installers – Project Management
With our larger projects exceeding £1m in size, the Project Management of each contract
has to be right.

OLYMPIA EXHIBITION CENTRE
The project starts with the Project Manager drafting the overall timings and requirements.
These plans are discussed with the client to ensure overall agreement and comparability.
The purchase and manufacture of materials is then planned and a Site Manager is
appointed to take overall responsibility of the project and the day-to-day liaising
with the client.
Our Site Managers are all highly experienced ductwork installers. We believe in promoting people who understand all aspects of the job, so all our managers have spent time erecting, rather than just instructing others!
Experienced Ductwork Installers

GROVE HOTEL WATFORD
We take a pragmatic approach to the sometimes-complex activity of ductwork erection.
Each project comes with its own particular problems and characteristics and we apply
our experience in installing over a thousand other projects over the years to each
one.
The ductwork installers we use have all had many years of experience in the business and all
our site and management staff have CSCS Skill cards recognised by the Main Construction
Group. We believe strongly in best industry practices, so we strictly adhere to
the rules of Health and Safety and other general principals.
Commissioning and Testing
For the client, of course, the ductwork is only part of a major job, so Phoenix
uses both in-house and third party consultants to ensure the system works to highest
standards and carried out to your requirements.
Sign Off
As far as we are concerned the job is only finished when the clients signs off the project. We are happy to discuss all aspects of the installation and operation of the system until the contractor is entirely happy with the work carried out by our ductwork installers.
Maintenance and Support
Looking after the system once it is operational is also part of our long-term commitment
to the project. We are delighted to incorporate regular visits and ‘health checks’
to ensure the long life of the system.
